I visit multiple websites each week posting updated data. This is a
very tedious process. I am running excel 2003. I know there is a way
to automate this but I have struggled as I am not proficent writing
code. I am more of a novice with a variety of experience. Mostly
adapting similar code.

I need to log into each website with a username/password. Then enter
the data into the fields of a web form. Finally, submit the form and
retrieve a confirmation code from the website.

I have all of the data for the forms stored in a spreadsheet. Is this
possible? Can someone supply me with the code or point me somewhere
where I can see a closely related example?
