The release candidate should be out by now. They were working on it Sunday
and Monday.

If it is out it (check distrowatch.com or go to the link at the bottom for
the daily build) will be the same as the final release due out in two days.
The difference will be that you will need to do some separate upgrades, but
will not have to depend on slowed servers at final release time and on.
