Apache has two SOAP implementations:<br><br>Axis
- xml.apache.org/axis/index.html<br>SOAP -
xml.apache.org/.../index.html<br><br>You could also look
at IBM's
WSTK:<br><br>www.alphaworks.ibm.com/.../<br><br>Fin\
ally, try a search on Google for 'java web  services
tool'
