I have to untar a tar.gz file on my server using the command line. The
techs have turned on ssh on my server. The exact usage fails to ring my
bells,(I don't understand). Because it is a vertual server I can't take
to much time expermenting and would like to understand the directives I
need to add to make it work for me. Anyone out there that understands
what I need to do to make it work? A simple example would help to get me
through the process.
