yes there is. Just right click on your upper or lower panel and
click add to panel, scroll down the list till you see Sticky Notes and
click it and you got it.

I didnt even know that ability was there.

I added the sticky notes but I noticed something odd. The clock moved
to the center of the menu bar with the sticky about 75% to the right
and now my firewall icon is on the far right of the menu bar. I like
the clock on the far right. I trick to drag and drop but apparently
you cant do that. I tried right clicking but cant do that. How do I
realign these?

Another easy one to fix Wade. Right click on what you want to move and
select move with the left mouse button, then just move your mouse to
where you want whatever you are moving and just left click and it stays
there.

Im starting to enjoy this. I can see that Linux can be just
as easy as Windows. Now, once I learn this system well enough to be able
to tell some clients about it, now that will be a very good day. Getting
them to change will be a work in progress but, I like this system so far.
