First of all I thank each of your postings which are really helping
people.
I'm new to this group.. I would like you to help me code the
following:

1) There are two files ResultFile and TemplateFile, What I want to
do is Compare the Column1 Headers with the TemplateFile Headers and
reorder the columns as per the TemplateFile Header.

a) Where Columns exist in the ResultFile and not in TemplateFile
these columns needs to be deleted informing the user..
b) Where columns exist in the TemplateFile but not in the
ResultFile, I need to add these columns in the correct place and
grey out the fields and inform the user.
