Go to the Data menu and pick Sort. That should do it.

Are you using VBA programming code to write code to sort it for you? Or are
you just trying to do a regular data sort in Excel?

If you're not using VBA...realize that this group is for users who need help
writing VBA code. Granted...the occasional "now how do I do this" item will
come up when writing code and users need help with commands to figure out
how to work out their code app...but if you're just needing standard Excel
help to use the program without writing any code, then you should post
questions like this to a regular Excel support group.

If you can't find one on your own, here's a good Office group where you can
post general Excel questions:
http://www.mousetrax.com/Resources.html#office

Or you can post to the Microsoft Newsgroups by drilling down to the General
Excel group:

You don't need VBA for this. Just look in the Excel Help files for
'sorting'.
