I work with a scheduling program which allows me to pick from a pick
list of names those people who are available to work during a two
hour period.
When I place an individual in a particular slot in the schedule (day
Sheet for MONDAY) Monday 7:30 to 9:30 am, his name is removed from
the pick list.
I have a sheet that is called man hour sheet which tracks how many
hour that person has worked during the day. A 2 is added to the cell
that corresponds to Monday 7:30 to 9:30.
What I want to do is be able to go to the man hour sheet and remove
the 2 from the man hour sheet (that corresponds to that individual)
and not have to go to each individual day sheet and remove that
parson's name.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
