A Read Only Nigthmare

I have a big problem trying to get out the read only attribute from
my directories. But this attribute is not a check mark but the
square is totally shaded. I empty the square, click the Ok button
and then ask to remove the attribute in the current and all the
subfolders. I seems like it is done but when I read the properties
again the read only attribute is shaded.

I have all the permissions, and total control in my user attributes,
I have trying to remove this attribute because I am using a Java
Deploying tool and it can´t update a WAR file because the folder is
read only.

I can log in as Administrator with all privileges and still can´t
remove that attribute.

Can someone help me?
