the project is about implementing some Services in a Core banking project.
we are expanding our core banking software, and to increase speed and quality and reduce costs we have decided to out source development

we are coordinating integration inside company, and outsourcing development of services to outside teams.
the detail of architecture is not public, but since lots of new and old technologies are used,
we don't expect any team to be familiar with any thing other than core Java development.
we will provide necessary documentation about how to develop in our architecture.
development process is service oriented extension of RUP
documentation is done in UML

you don't need to be a company, and you don't even need to have a team,
if you are also a good java ee project manager but you don't have a team just send your resume,
if you are a java developer but not member of any team then again, send me your resume
