I need help to finish the assignment project 'Packet
Filtering' using java.

Packet Filtering is an application, which identifes
the port number of the machine, while receiving any
messages from the remote host.

and in the same time it discards the messages if it is
an unknown host.

plz guide me in this project, and also need sample
code or information regarding this type of project.
