I have a Lotus Notes file that has been exported to Excel.
I created a macro that configures the Excel file into something we
want to import into Outlook Calendar.
I know the file is ready to import, I can do it manually
1st Problem:
The file can not be open during the Import to calendar.
If the file is close, won't it stop the macro?
Do I need to Master file as a third file and not the imported file
or is there another way to do this?
2nd Problem:
I can import the file manually, using the wizard; however, I don't
know the Outlook VBA code to make this happen. any ideas?
Ideally, I want a file update button
(I have already created and tested)
after the user has reviewd the data, I want a second button to
export the data into Outlook calendar for the rest of the team to be
able to review.
The project is for the training team to know dates/times, location,
instructors, and subject of all the classes being taught.
