Error in Update

Date: Dec 11    Category: Unix / Linux / Ubuntu    Views: 297

A few days ago in the top right area where the update icon is located, I
have a yellow triangle with a ! in it saying "The update information is
outdated. This may be caused by network problems. Please update manually
by clicking on this icon and then selecting 'Check.'"

I did it the first time and it wouldnt go away. I rebooted and that took
care of it. Then it happened again, I followed instructions and it
worked. Now it happens like every two hours.

Anyone seeing this but me?
