I need drivers for Compaq Presario V6000 CTO Notebook PC for ubuntu.Im unable to find the wireless driver for it along with a few others. Ifanyone could lead me to a complete driver set for this model, it would bevery helpful.

Here's a blog entry from someone who also has a V6000 who gave up trying toget the internal wireless card; installing a external adapter. I have also seen this problem withFeisty on an older Dell CPx laptop.
My HP Dv6000, basicly the same machine, has a Broadcom wireless cardthat I got to work.
Open up the terminal and type inlspci -v | lessLook for you wifi card. After that go tohttps://wiki.ubuntu.com/Home?action=show&redirect=FrontPageAnd type in your card in the search tab.
