can anybody send me the codes in which
1) there is a form on which there are two TextFields
one for user name and other for password
and one Button "summit"
this application autometically starts at the time of
system booting(please tell me where to put this
application)

when the application starts
1) you will not be able to use anything on the
computer system till u ll not put the right user name
and password
-means ->you can not switch form this applicatio to
other application
->you can not close this application
