Conditional Formatting

I would apprciate if some one can help on writing a
conditional formatting VBA code.

I parse text file in excel and got result arranged in
workbook. Now, based on the value in the cell I would
like to color them differently. I don't know how to
start it.

Any hint or idea will be of great help.....

Record a macro doing what you want to do. Then you can use the code  generated
(with any appropriate amendments) to apply to the new imported sheets.
