I am working on a program that uses unicode hindi as the
interface language on menus, messages etc.

It is working well for most of the things in the program.

However.

1. When I move a hindi text string to frame titles, (not
just main frame, but any frame, be it a small error message
window frame title), it is appeaing as ????? on win98SE.

how to show it as unicode hindi. Of course all fonts are
duly installed.

2. in some system messages' windows like file-open,
file-save etc, the text is appearing as english, and I don't
know how to change that to make it appaer in hindi.

anyone?
