I'm copying from a non-Excel source. Sometimes I'm
using "text to columns" to separate the fields after I paste.
The same problem occurs if I simply type "4-1" into a blank cell.
Unless I preformat that cell as "Text", my "4-1" will immediately
and irrevocably be 4/1/2008. (or 39539).
