I upgraded to Ubuntu 9.4 and now have no desktop on my screen, screenis blank. My computer is a dual processor 64bit Hp. Dual boot with xpon the first drive.
What is it saying when you boot it up. Do you getubuntu> prompt?
There is no prompt on boot and I get anarrow line of reed color about1/2 wide at the top of the screen, The monitor clicks to come on andclicks again and goes blank,
There is a monitor detection bug. I am looking into it myself.
