What is the best practice to distribute Excel info electronically?



Source: worksheet from several workbooks. Each worksheet has multiple charts.



Limitation: no PDF nor HTML



Requirement: want to protect the file so no one could alter the # + distribute
the report w/out link to external data source.



Option 1: Copy + Paste Value worksheets to a new Excel workbook but the chart’s
data is link to external data source.



Option 2: Copy + Paste to a Word.doc but the report were pasted on 2 pages
instead of 1 page. Can’t figure out how to adjust Scaling in Word
