Word Navigation in unix language.

Word Navigation in unix

b : moves back to the beginning of the word.
w : moves forward to the beginning of the word.
e : moves forward to the end of the word.

Absolute movement

G for the movement.

Moving the text

txet.
move cursor to x and then press x and then p.

For joining the line

J for joining

Undo the last instruction

u

Repeat the last command

(.)

Searches for the pattern

/patern sear in the forward direction
?patern sear in the backward direction

Searches and replaces

:addr/source-pattern/dest-pattern/flags

copy and paste
