The main wine website should have some sort of list - http://www.winehq.org/
Wine has really come a long way, but there are some apps that I have not
been able to get working with standard wine, but those same apps
installed and ran perfectly using codeweavers crossover office. I have
to use viso occasionally at work, and crossover lets me do that on my
ubuntu desktop.
The crossover website has a list of apps also. They have a free trial
download which I used to verify that visio and ms office worked well, so
I paid the $39 to buy the license. Well worth the money IMHO
