Your internet connection is certainly fast enough to not be the cause of
your problem. Perhaps you could google your video chipset and see if
others have similar problems. I know there is no inherent reason onboard
video should cause this, I use it on 80% of my computers and have never
h ad this problem. I also have a couple refurbished buisiness machines
which play embedded video just fine. (I find the old p4 1.7 gig
processors can be had for around $100 and do a great job, especially as
a ubuntu server). Have you tried using different browsers? I assume
you are not using a proxy.
