I actually found a solution from a search -- the solution required an Synaptic
Package Manager sound upgrade something do with updating ALSA and Pulse. Even
he wasn't sure which one work just that it work.

Youtube sounds bad still but Hulu worked but I can play that on regular Ubuntu
with no problem the WINE is for the Netflix.

I actually have not got the video to completely work on Netflix only the
Silverlight to bring the video up on the WINE -- I'm waiting for my memory
upgrade to fix my old Dell Dimension 4700 from 512 RAM
to 2 GB RAM. I believe based on the developers notes that will solve my video
stuttering problems with Netflix. Although Hulu worked great and even now the
sound does too with the Synaptic Package Manager upgrade.
