I have a program on my Mac that when I double click the title bar it
reduces that window to just the title bar in that position. THen
click again and it reopens the window.

Now I see Ubunto is like Microsoft when I double click the active
window title bar it goes full screen.

Hopefully that makes sense.

Anyway my question is what the program would be to be able to copy
what my Mac program is doing.
