What i am trying to do is read data from a text file to decide who is
the winner of a lottery programme.

I have a text file with name, tel_no, and numbers i.e

Fred Bloggs
01332 555984
12 25 36 45
Jane Bloggs
01332 489512
10 15 29 48

I am stuck with trying to get the program to select a winning row of
numbers. I had the programme working to select the lowest number when
just one lottery number was entered but obviously this is not good
enough.

If anyone has any websites or advise they can give me that would be
very good
