Unable to connect to Visual Studio's Localhost Web Server

Any idea about following error message?

Error Message: Unable to connect to Visual Studio's Localhost Web Server

Error Message: Unable to connect  to Visual Studio's Localhost web  Server

Cause:
Generally this error  comes on VWD Server.

Error Solutions:
Go to the "website" menu in VWD and choose "start options"
and make sure "NTLM Authentication" is unchecked

I was also receiving same error, thanks it helped me to solve my problem.
