I have looked everywhere and I can not find the docs on how to
disable the tagpooling in tomcat. I can see a reference to it in the web.xml
but there does not seem to be any setting for it to change, unless I need to
add the setting to web.xml. Any one else have issues with tag pooling and
figured out how to turn it off?
