spring vs struts

I Have a question.
(Spring || Struts).
which would be better.

Your question  is wrong. These two are not comparable.
It is better to ask "Spring MVC" OR "Struts".

I prefer Struts over Spring MVC and Struts2 over both.

I agree, but if you are developing a web application from scratch, I suggest JSF.

Every famework has its own benefits.
Struts / Spring MVC / JSF / Tapestry / webWork /...
If you're an advanced developer I think you should know about all of them
depends on your project.
It's not a nice question  ...
