connecting to a a databaselink using jpa+spring

I'm using spring 2.5 plus toplink to access my database which is on Oracle 10 g. I'm now required to use a database link on the same db.I don't know how to connect to a database link.(Do I need to set extra parameters in persistence.xml?) If anyone has done this before or has any suggestions,I would appreciate it very much.
