I try to change digits and numbers to Farsi or Arabic
using MS Windows Regional Settings, but i found out swing doesn't
use OS Regional Settings. I don't know how i can show Farsi or
Arabic digit in swing UI editor components,
I wanna type numbers in a swing UI editor component in Farsi or
Arabic but the value of string are digit not a Unicode Farsi or
Arabic character of digits.

Does Java have any support for it?
