Printing

I am not too new to Ubuntu but am new to certain problems that have arisen.
I have a printing problem which is quite complicated. First of all by
the fact that I have a Canon I865 printer - which hasn't Linux drivers,
to the best of my knowledge. I believe that there are (but don't know of
any) generic drivers that do the job
Second by the fact that the printer is connected to a Windows computer
and I have to print through that computer. The printer is shared over my
home network.
Where can I find info on setting up this printer (with these specs) to
print with Ubuntu?

You may want to search for RPM or Unix drivers on Google too. Both will do just
fine too.
