I think this jsr  is included in CLDC 2 midp 2. if this phone  does not support this version you might have problem adding installing your application. try to include the relevant jsr to the project to be part of application jar file, even though its unlikely to work. I guess I've came across this before and it didn't work. I didn't spend much time on it though.
