Mapping excel

Any bady know code "how to appear excel mapping in cell ?"

ex : I have a excel file on folde \\report\daily\porfolio.xls and I
want it mapping appear in cell (a1).

Would
=CELL("filename",A1)
in cell  A1 be what you want?

I create the xl tamplate to retrieve oracle data by using sharing
password. I will take the tamplate on share folder that anybody
could not copy/ use on other place. You know the mapping  link of
excel could use as protection function.
