if u use JDeveloper IDE for ur developing it's some like easy .
u must create a searchpage with modal window (usewindow property at
command link or button) and use an action for dblclicking on it's
particular record for return value . but in other IDEs i seen before
that make an jsp page with IFRAME tag to create windows like frame and
like before use dblclick action for return values
