i have inserted a picture (jpg) in the image part of the user form. i
also have set up horizontal and vertical scroll bars.

now wht i wud be interested in is to link the movement of the sliders
in the scrollbars with the picture ie i wud like to pan the picture
within the image through scrollbars.

any help in this direction wud be highly appreciated.
