minimum Requirement is VPS or Dedicated Server for intall liferay.
but now i have VPS with Minimum Requirements and this cost not
important.other cost will cover with donate and Advertisement.
i looking for someone help to Setup this Site and manage it.

I know lots of companies working on localization of liferay,
may be if you can list all companies, and get their team members to know each other, rest of things will be solved.
