Ubuntu 10.04 being the LTS flavor would seem to be the better time topurchase a new book on the latest Ubuntu support. Hopefully they will have abible on that version. If not they have missed-the-boat.
It is a free online "Bible". Nothing to purchase. It has lots of usefulinformation on how to do things in Karmic.
