Does anybody know how I could obtain a License for JIRA 3.12.3 (Latest Version). we are not able to buy it and I am supposed to find a license for it.
Another question is, as far as I heard, JIRA is/was open source. But I didn't find any information regarding it. The only thing I found was that it had Open-Architecture and anyone could integrate it with its own system or develop a plugin for it.
Any further information is strongly welcome. Specially from its Iranian developers who is(are) member(s) of J2EE List.
