I'm currently don't know about how to
managing/administering user account and/or password on
Firebird using Jaybird.

On Windows platform, it's known a DLL called 'GDS32.DLL' to
accessing Firebird API.

Please help me if you know anything about this, how to
manage users via JDBC, or how encoding method which used on
encrypting users password.
