J2EE deployment error

I just set up my J2EE compiler, deployment tool.
I tried to deploy one of the book examples and
got the following error message:

There was a deployment error


java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response
code: 500 for URL://127.0.01:9191/Interest5Client.jar
Please refer to <J2EE_HOME>/logs/<machine_name>/j2ee/error.log


here is what is inside my log file:
