I just used FF 3.0.3 on Ubuntu 8.04 and FF 2.0.0.17 on Windows
and both reached that site (in San Diego CA) just fine.

The only thing "odd" (no offense) is you're in Saskatchewan, Canada,
and it's possible either SaskTel Wide Area Network or Saskatchewan
Telecommunications may be on a black list based on IP; it seems you
have at least two, one beginning 71.17.*.* and the other 142.165.*.*.

Hmmm, a quick check here <http://www.robtex.com/dns/sasktel.ca.html>
suggests they're on a blacklist. You might want to contact your ISP.
