Excel Crashes

I have built and Excel Add-In in Excel 2003 and distributed it to some of my
colleagues. When they try to run it, Excel Crashes and wants to remove the
Add-In. In this code I am using Excel's Solver Add-In.

Anyone else has a similar problem or know how to overcome this.
