I have a nagging problem to which a can't find a solution on the
internet.

Excel keeps asking for the project password when closing a workbook.

Excel is already disappeared from the screen and taskbar and then all
of a sudden the vbe-dialog pops up.

Anyone? I need to deliver the template on monday. One of those small
but very timeconsuming wrapping-up bugs...
