I've produced an XLA file which is password protected to stop others playing
with the code.

One of the routines produces an additional Excel menu item and all other
routines are accessed from that menu.

I've worked out how to distribute updates (as the menu command in the XLA
file will update the menu when a new version is issued).

But my problem is ... how do I produce a routine to allow this XLA file to
by installed first time by other users on their PCs? I'm looking for
something like the exe used to install ASAP utilities.
