I am understand that i can use the Meta tag in HTML to make a page
link to a page after a certain time ...

how ever the thing is that .. url i put cannot link as the web site
here just support one main page and cannot link to the page after that
as an URL .. is there and javascript that i can use to make is as a
counter and refresh or load other page in a certain time ..

how to make .. my page and open it as a new window after a certain time ..
Some example will be appreciated ...
