Has anyone managed to implement the automate backup system from

If so, how do I get nfs installed - I have no idea which package to
select in synaptic - and how do I get this part of the setup to
automatically run at startup.

Alternatively, can anyone recommend a better way of backing up my files
to a local USB HDD?
