Have you tried to deal with it with the help of some profeesional imaging tools? Did it work? I only have some experience on VB.NET image processing ( http://www.yiigo.com/guides/vbnet/ ). You can also google it and select some professional tools whose way of processing is simple and fast to help you with the related work. Remember to check its free trial package first if possible.
