How to hide the sheet tabs without the option to unhide it using the
tool>option menu or through format>sheet>unhide and also has an option
to unhide it back



Have tried using the worksheet properties and change to
xlsheetveryhidden but the problem is that I cannot retrieve the external
data to that hidden sheets



And is there any ways that I can hide all the formula too?



Any ideas cause already tried Google and getting nowhere.
