XLDown skipping rows

Anyone know why an end(XLdown) would skip some rows and not others?
I thought it it wasnt blank, ie data or formula it would go to the
next cell thats not blank. Not only is it skipping rows, both the ones
it skips and lands on are the same type of data. Formulas pulling from
another page.
